I want to take the time to Thank Edith for her help on Saturday. She was very helpful, patient, she educated me that they closed at 4 pm so I wouldn’t have to another place. She went up and beyond to provide me with her cell phone number so I wouldn’t miss out on the quote she gave me. Loved the way she attended me, great hire on this employee 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Bad customer service,And they dont have the best rates.if you want a better rate shop around this place is not it. I switched and pay half for the same coverage.

I called Verax because I was recommended by a friend. I regret calling because Armando asked who I had insurance with and without getting any information he told me he could not give me a quote. He didn’t even try to help. I guess I saved myself if this is the customer service they give. Good riddance.

If you stop in Armando is your guy. He has not only been the greatest customer service representative I've had since starting with this company in 2021. Armando makes you feel like family. He's always there and is always willing to help. His customer service is always on point! he is my go to for anybody in my family or friends gets referred directly to him! Give this man a raise or promotion because he deserves it!! This is the type of man that will keep people coming back and provide someone that we can trust in the insurance industry!
