Competitive rates and Ben could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable to work with. A great company and much better to have a local advocate to work with instead of a national group (ie Progressive direct) that doesn't know or care about you.

I've had this company for almost 20yrs. Never had a claim until August/September. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005. My brother in law helps with things since sometimes I have trouble understanding logistics. Won't go into details, but the woman we spoke to was rude, nasty and accusatory to us BOTH. Neither can remember her name but I'll tell you which office. It's the one to the left as soon as you walk in.I heard her LOUDLY talking about me when I was at the front desk. Her office is RIGHT THERE. I announced I was there and silence immediately. Shocker. Her tone was nasty as soon as I entered.
