This specific office is INCREDIBLE with customer service! Olga is always a smile you can hear through the phone. Vanessa is attentive and takes the time to really work through any situation and provides such wonderful support and customer service. I’ve been with SF since I was 16 years old. I’ve been insured in Utah and CA by them. By far, this is my favorite office. I kept them servicing my policies even when I left Chino Hills because of how wonderful they are! You’d be remiss to go with any other office!
