Van Gundy Insurance

Rockford Mutual ended their relationship with Van Gundy so they nonrenewed policies that were from this office. I was given no heads up, no call to help find other coverage. I had been with them for 7 years. Horrible office.

Did a walk in to meet with an agent, was told to fill out a form and he'd call. Never called. We filled out the online form after a few days in another attempt to get in contact, two weeks later and silence. I can't recommend against van gundy enough. They literally won't help you

I came in a while back and heard employees talking about tattoos that they would get, one of them mentioned a vulgar tramp stamp in particular. It felt very unprofessional. Also all of the agents were "gone for the day" so I went elsewhere

My agent failed to disclose if I canceled my policy before renewal date I would still be charged my monthly premium payment. My money was debited from my bank even after canceling my policy a week prior. What a shame I was with this company for 12 years. Very disappointed.

Liz is awesome! Her whole team is great.
