Getting the insurance is easy. The agents are great and provide affordable prices. However, once you need to file a claim with Mercury Insurance, its terrible. They do not answer the phone or emails. They take forever to process the claim. We had a totaled car sitting in our driveway for 5 months before anything was done. We had to request to speak to multiple "supervisors". Get their insurance if you just want something cheap to legally cover whats needed. If you actually want to use the insurance, pay extra somewhere else for better service.
