These people are crooks. Was told i would be issued a refund, and instead put it to upcoming payments on a car we no longer own. Now that im calling for a refund, the conversation "never happened." these people are Crooks. Stay far away.

Mandy is very attentive, courteous as best as she can be due to being short staffed. Also she goes above and beyond to multi task everything that comes across her desk from phone calls to walk ins.

It is impossible to get a hold of these people. They have the wrong number posted on all of their sites. You will be on hold forever before u realize no one is gonna answer. I came across the number of a previous agent who helped me get a hold of them. 3 days later and still waiting on a call back. When you try to file a claim online it takes you to another insurance company so it's very confusing. I give 2 stars because the lady I finally spoke with was efficient and spoke clear.
