Agent didn't put "full coverage" on my vechile, didn't report an accident till 20 day after the accident (ya I could've called ins. co but agent/office is suppose to be there to help). Nothing but a hassle, attitude, being midlead, not being able to see policy, so on & so on

They really help to take away some of life’s more stressful aspects. From figuring out which insurances pair to save us the most money to finding obscure policies and helping us through needing to make a claim. Highly recommend the personal service that you get here as it’s so rare these days with all of the automation and internet searching this is still the best way to go!
