For an insurance company not to have an emergency contact number for after hours or weekends it's kind of not helpful. I had covid and needed medicine which the adjuster didn't approve on Friday so by Saturday of course no one is available to help. While I'm home sick not able to get it resolved. Luckily our occupational nurse was able to get it taken care of and I was able to get my medicine.
Thieves with license very simple they will take your money when it come to claim. Good luck collecting something back
