USI Insurance is terrible. When paying high premiums, you at least expect fair customer service. Once the product is sold, you are then handed off to a cs agent that knows little of your company. In one years time we have gone through three cs reps. Insurance has become expensive and ineffective. When you need help, you’re met with delays, technicalities and unsupportive staff. It feels like they focus on profit over service. I wouldn’t recommend USI Insurance. When renewal time comes, they leave no time to review the service so you have to renew before it lapses. Run as fast as you can from USI Insurance
