USI Insurance Services

Terrible service. My building uses this insurance, and after filling a claim for flooding (from a broken AC unit), they have taken almost a month and still no approval. So the work cannot start and we are stuck living with no drywall in various areas and a mess everywhere as we cleared out the areas with drywall missing.

They wanted to increase my insurance by approx. 25%. I called and cancelled the home owner policy with them on 7/19/18, before they received a check payment from the escrow bank. They cashed the check and despite my cancellation somehow renewed the policy at their sole discretion. We called again to cancel and they gave us the runaround. We had to call yet a third time and wait additional days before finally receiving confirmation about the cancellation. They said the the refund check would be issued immediately. On 8/21/18 I called about the status of the refund and again I get a story about they were backlogged and that the check won't go out for another week. So they basically had free use of my money about 6 weeks. Would not recommend this company.

I called change vehicle change to 2017 Mercedes to 2021 Mercedes waiting one hours and Agent send the temporary ID card for me , Agent didn't let me know extra replace vehicle premium. I calling travelers Insurance , customer services said not see any 202i Mercedes, your agent not request to process replace vehicle yet. unbelievable !!!!!!

Have been trying to reach them for a week. Always have to leave a message and have yet to receive a return call. Unfortunately, they hold the master insurance for an association. I certainly wouldn't use them if given the choice.
