Since buying Wells Fargo, not once did they ever try to review my policies. When Encompass greatly increased my auto insurance rates without cause, I asked Sean to review other companies. This was a week before my policy renewed. After six days I had not heard back from him, so I phoned. He was on another line so I left a message to phone me as soon as he could. I have not heard from him, or any one else again. I started shopping myself and found numerous sources that would give me better coverage at much less cost. I went with another independent agent who was able to get better coverage on both home and autos through Traveler's for half the cost. Very poor customer service.
