The absolutely worst insurance company I have dealt with. They scheduled and no showed for 3 audit appointments in a row and then increased my premium 50% for "repeated uncooperative audit." I reached out and they only tell me to reach out to the insurer, that they can't help. This is their response for most requests I ask. They'll take days or weeks to get back to you on simple requests like adding equipment to the policy. Avoid at all costs. I am not confident that anything I want covered is even covered.

Horrible customer service. They over promise but under deliver. Can't ever get responses to policy renewals... I generally only get a response when I get a supervisor involved. Wanted to have policies shopped, but cant because of lack of responses and when they finally respond (if they respond) there's no time due to renewal deadlines. COI requests often get ignored. We seriously regret switching to them and recommend avoiding this company unless you want the headache of constantly chasing them down with little to no response and unfilled promises when they do respond.

Worst company stay away fired our agent year. uploaded the wrong limits to fmsca and caused our dot number to be deactivated we have over a 100,000 dollar claim out with them for our e and i coverage. If you want to go out of business in trucking call usi they are a joke incompetent and useless.

Do not I repeat Do not work with this company, by far the worst in insurance, currently insured and losing my business due to their business. Level of service is terrible.
