If you're looking for a health insurance broker for your small business, LOOK ELSEWHERE! I reached out via an online Google search portal. The initial contact from one of their employees was via email that stated, "I attempted to reach you by phone and left you a voicemail. Feel free to call me back whenever....." First, this call NEVER occurred and NO voicemail was left. When I called him out on this, he then covered it up with a half-hearted attempt to claim he misspoke. Then, claimed he or another person from the company would reach out. She allegedly tried to call prior to our company opening for the day. But after speaking with my agent, she showed me great options that gave me exactly what I needed now and options IF my health took a turn for the worst and I still came out cheaper than all the other plans I've seen out there!!
