SCAM! I originally received this as dental coverage through United Health Care Ministries (UHSM), they NEVER sent out a card for my dental or vision coverage, no letter, no email, nothing with follow up information after enrolling, I never received an updated card (you know, like insurance normally provides annualy), when I called UHSM they said they didn't offer dental coverage (at that time 4 years ago, but now they do - however it was all on my signed contract), they do show the monthly charges GOING BACK 4 YEARS (for this additional coverage), and can't do anything about it. Even going through my bank, I had to file a claim. Don't use or trust this company.

This company will continue to draft your account after you've cancelled your insurance, and will then claim that you did not request a cancellation. Customer service is not helpful, they just keep repeating that "there was no request for cancellation noted on the file". Typically an insurance provider will send you new cards, explanation of benefits, etc every year. This company does not do that, and the customer service rep said there is no point in sending it out if nothing changes. That is new to me with insurance coverage. I'm out about $3000 dollars from getting drafted unknowingly. Buyer beware.

This company uses overseas robo-callers to get around the FTC Do Not Call Registry.

This company is dishonest and very sneaky .They'll take your money even after you cancel.
