This is useless, more than a month to accept my claim 000-05-886319, they do not investigate the destination of the lost shipment, they make decisions based on how the agent who handles your case has their day, they denied my claim because there was no evidence of loss or damage to the package, but when I call UPS they tell me that my package is lost, that I contact the UPS store that sent it to file a claim and do an investigation, a lie, they do not care a damn and UPS knows that, that is why they steal packages that have labels from jewelry and expensive prestigious stores, avoid a bad time, do not send anything with these THIEVES, I had to make thousands of calls, send hundreds of messages to finally receive a check for 124 dollars and 80 cents, avoid having to deal with these thieves

It’s been HELL trying to get a response from Aubrey Redhair who is on my claim 000-05-368362 for a very high value item that UPS stole and delivered an empty open box. UPS made multiple errors during my delivery which cannot be seen from the tracking details alone, so I wrote up the timeline in a document. But The UPS store in Montclair NJ told me that while entering my claim on 1.27 they could not upload my supporting docs because the system was not responsive. They never followed up on this and I was only able to upload supporting documents on 1.31. Aubrey made a determination on my claim with no supporting documents and made no attempt to contact me. We had two shipments by UPS COD in February -$1,139.46 and $1,202.92 respectively. The customers’ checks were cashed from their banks. It has been two months but we haven’t received the payments. We called and left messages. Nobody answers the phones or replies.

They are nothing but a bunch of liars and crooks bought a gun the dealer took insurance out on it, the gun came in damage and I filed the claim and they denied it Why take the dealers money for the insurance if your not gonna pay for the damage your crappy warehouse people done to my package

This team of heartless employees will deny your claim on insane and obscure bases despite you paying insurance at a franchise. They’ll also say it’s not insurance? Just a bizarre and dehumanizing experience. FedEx forever has my business moving forward.
