I sold my Property and the closing took place at Unlimited Title Services, LLC, where myself, my wife, and our Realtor were all present throughout the transaction. First of all, the representative from this company in charge of the closing by the name of Mrs. Ileana Ferrer failed to comply with Miami Dade County Ordinance (Covid 19 business rules and regulations) by not properly wearing her mask, and having her nose uncovered all the time. We asked Mrs. Ferrer in 3 different occasions to please cover her nose and she refused using the unacceptable excuse that her mask simply fell down from her nose and there was nothing she could do about it, even in front of a group of people where all of us were properly wearing our masks. Secondly, towards the end of the closing, there was discrepancy

I did my closing today! Fast friendly and professional. The staff was awesome. The closing went smooth and for the most part 100%. Thank you for a positive experience and helping my Daughter and I into our new home.
