I spoke with Beverley S this morning. She is a true professional who quickly helped me resolve the issue of my payment plan. So far I've been very happy with universal and I have recommended them to several people that I know. This year to my surprise I noticed that Universal lowered my premium payment by $1,300. This is why I continue to use this company they are the best by far.

I am an Insurance Agent and my client who suffered a fire to his Home was insured with Universal Insurance. After some efforts to get the claim property adjusted, I was assisted by Andrea Richards, Claims Supervisor who, in a matter of days, assisted in closing the claim to the complete satisfaction of the client and this Agency. I’d like to share my positive experience working with Monica, the claim handler for our mutual customer insured with Universal Properties. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. The field adjuster I met with did an excellent job during the inspection, and Monica carried that same level of professionalism throughout the remainder of the claim. She processed all final paperwork in a very timely manner and consistently responded to every email I sent with impressive speed. Her communication, organization, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. Overall, working with Universal Properties and especially with Monica, has been a truly great experience. I contacted Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Co. this afternoon and spoke with Leshawna regarding my pending homeowner's insurance policy. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the call. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave me several options regarding the premium payment and other concerns I had. I must say that if I was looking to hire a customer service representative, it would be someone exactly like Leshawna.
