Great experience with this company I’ve had no problems with contacting they also took their time to give great customer service and if I leave a message they call back asap Mrs.Linda and the entire staff have been nothing but but great people doing a great job job. Thanks guys

I've been trying to call to pay my premiums for five days... no answer on three phone numbers. Guess I'll have drive over and see if they're still in business. P.S. They were closed for MLK Day, but I still don't understand business phones without voicemail. Not very professional in my humble opinion.

I have been calling for over a week trying to pay my Dad's premium. No answer or voicemail & no website to pay online. We live in SW Fl so no idea of how his premium is getting paid, UGH

Called for over a week no answer. When I finally did get an answer I was placed on hold for over ten minutes. I hung up & called back....no answer. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ They have no voicemail nor do they have online payment options. This is very unprofessional for a business & frustrating for the customers.

The office & parking lot is very small. However, you will rec'd great service from the friendly staff.
