My fire policy was canceled without my knowledge but they kept accepting my money every month. It was canceled in September 2021 and I sent monthly checks and they cashed them but never post them to my account. Phillip and Tommy will not answer my calls and time that Philip answered he said that my reimbursement was on the way which was 4 weeks ago and the receptionist is clueless. I have turned matters over to an attorney.

They screwed me over...When my mother passed they decided they wouldnt issue the policy. The agent Chris Leager...the manager Ray Turner & thd district manager Gary Wine all refused to answer calls or text messages for over a month & a half...So now i have to figure out how to pay for my mothers funeral right before mothers day. This has been one of the worst experiences ive ever dealt with whats is supposed to be a reputable agency...I m broken already with my mothers passing but now im even more broken...Choose a better insurance co

I'm not a customer. Went in to make a payment for my mom. Associate that assisted me was friendly and service was quick.

I called the office two days and left a message each time but no one has called me back👎
