United Healthcare

United healthcare is worse than useless. Because my job offers this garbage insurance, I can't even use the healthcare marketplace. I live near two major hospitals, and they don't take this insurance. I have to drive 45 minutes to a cut-rate, ancient hospital to find one that accepts this insurance. Terrible and predatory.

After seeing a TV ad I called United Health Care to enroll my daughter in the Duel PPO plan. I was assured that this plan combined Medicare and Medicaid coverage. It does not! My physician is in network for this plan. After 2 office visits I received a bill for over $200. The problem being my doctor does not take Medicaid even though he is in network for this plan. I asked all the correct questions before signing up. The agent simply lied to sell the policy. I hope she is enjoying her commission made off an indigent accident victim.

Watch out they straight lied to me. I was getting $75 healthy benefits with humana. Agent called me said we will give you $100 a month. I get $40 . When I call and tell them Agent lied they just say o well I'm sorry.. I have ms don't like being took advantage of...

Honestly - united health insurance is the worst insurance we can buy

They told me they gave me United healthcare, but I got first health insurance. You can never find them after you enrolled their insurance plans. Run away if you don’t want to waste your money.
