The number listed is a scam offering g a 'free' medical alert with persistent harassing salespeople that day up your time and then hang up while telling you they are transferring you. The medical alert had a monthly fee not covered.

My mother is a 88 year old stroke patient who is bed bound and has other severe and life threatening conditions. I moved her over to United Healthcare Long Term Care thinking that they would honor her hours so that her HHA would get paid more hourly due to the type of care that my mother needs. At no moment was I Told by United Health Care we do not give that amount of hours to our new clients. She is 100 % dependent on others to care for her. Her hours were lowered from 71 hours a week to 56. There is proof that her health is declining with medical documentation to prove it. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past couple of months. I was given 10 days for this change to take place. My mother is on a fixed income and cannot pay for private care. The worst insurance in history and with Medicaid even worst. It should be 0 stars. Denies my son’s claims and reevaluations when he really needs the coverage. A lot of doctors have pulled out and it leaves to minimal good doctors for my sons. Basically I have to pay out of pocket because they deny everything! Terrible. Definitely do not recommend. And I will definitely change insurance as soon as I can.

Elderly family member in CT had appt for a screening with one of the nurses who said she was coming from Waterbury, CT area the appointment window was set between 12- 5 pm. The nurse calls her to tell her she’s going to come after 3 pm. It’s after 4:30 pm nurse never showed up. Family member called her left message. The nurse never called or showed up. Left my elderly family member hanging. Super rude and inconsiderate! The nurse wasted my family members whole day. Very disrespectful!

I am a victim of FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OF BENEFITS, in a effort to get me to sign up. The obsolute worst Customer Service IMAGINABLE. (ONE TELLS ME THAT MY DOCTOR'S VISIT IS COVERED, THEN I GET A BILL FROM THE DOCTOR THAT MY VISIT IS NOT COVERED ) I have medicare and partial medicaid, I am 71 years old. What a stressful situation.
