Should be a zero option. This place is complete crap. They are either disgriminatting against me for my procedure because of my age or they just don't want to pay for it and wanting me to get to a new deductible. Because they forced me into a procedure I didn't want to do to, because they wouldn't pay for this one till the last one was done and now the are saying that I need to wait 6 mos for the new procedure but in the meantime my personal life is affected. I can't even maintain a normal attendance at work due to the extreme amount of pain I'm in. I can't take pain meds and go to work. Can't take Tylenol because it doesn't work and can cause me a rebound migraine. Can't take ibuprofen because I'm allergic. So wither in pain it is.

Trying to lower my son's ABA treatment below recommended hours for autism. They are going against data showing the benefits of the hours ABA therapists have spent with him. This is short-sighted, dangerous, and pure greed at work just to maximize profits. Health insurance needs to be regulated more than the little it is.

Would give zero. They care about profit margins, not about the customers that pay for them. Go down from 30mg of a med to 20mg pay $20 more. Hell has a special place for the executives of this company who put profit over people.

Crap insurance that will refuse to help you. Cant even get my medication renewed so I just have to go without I guess

This Health Insurance Plan appears to be a good value plan for the monthly cost.Its helps me save money.I would highly recommend.
