Tinny Pillay and his crew are the best! They are always helpful and knowledgeable to get myself and my family set up with health insurance. I've recommended him over and over to my friends and peers. I highly recommend giving him a call!

I tried to call the number listed on the website, and I received a recording informing me that my call could not be completed due to insufficient balance. I called another number in Raleigh, just to double check, and that call went through without any trouble. Seems pretty suspicious to me.

They need to work better with having safe travels and scheduling an appointment because every time you call them, they say call within four days of your appointment when you do that they still have issues with not scheduling you properly they'll send you to someone else to try to help you but then they send you to the wrong person And then they tell you, you have to call someone else like this company going downhill i'm about ready to switch to a whole new company at this point.

I wish I could give negative stars. These people (yes people) and their services are horrific. Months without approval for a test ordered by two separate doctors. Prescriptions just denied. On hold for hours and then they bring up the wrong issue - when you tell them it's the incorrect issue - "well this is what I'm talking to you about now". Literally the worst company of any kind I have ever dealt with - period.
