Are your call centers based in India? Not that I have anything personally against India but I've had several chat conversations with people that have names that don't seem to be American that keep assuring me that my Ucard was sent to me at the mailing address that I was allowed to update in your app. After they saw the Ucard was sent to the mailing address on my account then the app says my mailing address is incorrect. Oh, you must be using AI to tell me what my mailing address is because we all know that AI is so much smarter than the average bear. There seems to be a lot of "Johns" on your good reviews here .

I have been with John for 4 years and he has been amazing he has helped me with any questions or problems and had it done in less the 24 hours John thank you so much for all you do you are very appreciated..

They didn't sell me an insurance policy but Tammy helped me understand my coverage and that the policy I had was the right one for me and why. I get nowhere when I try to talk to the United Healthcare customer service people, I was glad there was someone local who was able to help me.

So nice to be able to get questions answered promptly instead of having to wait to talk to a generic person at 800 numbers. John is so nice and friendly, not in a hurry to answer another call. Takes care of everything for you. One less thing to worry about. Thank you John. Highly recommend him.
