United Group Captive Insurance

This rating doesn't even deserve a star. It is impossible to reach their establishment via phone/email. They're very unattentive and slow operating. I've called and emailed this office 3 straight days in a row, multiple times throughout the day and have not received any response from them. They lack communication skills and it's starting to make me think they're steering the problem instead of facing it. I've gotten into a minor accident with someone insured under this company and being that it was their clients fault, they should've taken care of this issue in less than 2 wees since it was a minor accident. The accident isn't major enough to where it needed to be extended this long to be finalized. This establishment should NOT be in business.. I've never worked with a more careless group

This is the worse insurance company I have ever seen. They insure someone that hit me from behind in January 2024. I have been trying to reach them since that time and have been unable to reach them. You are unable to leave messages on their voicemail. I have never seen anything like it. I am going to file a complaint with the better busiiness bureau.

Bad service. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to the emails either. Please let me know if there is a better way to connect with you guys. Thank you
