Poor service. My brother died in 2016 and here it is 2018 and his policy has still not been paid out. We have been given the run around because they "Claim" they are missing paperwork. We turned in the paperwork then they claim they are missing something else. Bottom line, we turned all the required documents in, and I feel like they are just making up excuses not to pay.

Although I have been with this insurance company for so long, their customer service sucks. Also, because I have had several payments disappear, I was told back in 2017 that they was going to make it so that you can make your payment online, it will soon be 2019 and this company doesn't even have a website, they are so far back in time, dam shame. Today is Feb 13, 2019 and they still have not updated this company and yes they still have terrible customer service.

They r really Affordable and really helpful and they will pick up your payments at your home. And it's not hard to get your benefit when u need them.

Horrible at answering phones, one women answers then said to hold for a moment and never got back on the phone. If i could give 0 stars i would.
