I trully hope not all employees are anything like Carmen Rodriguez at this insurance firm. We have been requesting commercial insuarnce for our 9 trucks from this agent for a month and after many requests through phone calls, text messages, emails and all sorts of attemps, we are yet to receive a queto, never the less a response. We have received two mesages with excuses and false promises. I would love to hear from upper management, i was told this company was good. I have since reached out to the company who recoemned Carmen to me and gave him my feed back
