Terrible experience sad to say. I called for a quote for business insurance and took exactly a week and still didn't have a quote or estimate and instead of emailing I finally called them. They said you will need to fill out a bunch of papers to get a estimate but we ballpark 2500-3500. I then asked is that for this construction for houses or concrette work I asked to quote for the business or they couldn't answer that they just said 2500-3500. I was so I can't get a quote after a week really? I'd probably go with anyone else if your looking for business insurance.

I reached out to Unified Insurance Group for help with homeowner's and auto insurance quotes. I worked with Chad Sherwood to get the policies quoted and purchased. Chad was responsive and polite the whole time. I appreciate the good customer service and would be happy to recommend UIG to others.

Monica takes such good care of my properties for us, since Cynthia left (she was great too) and the couple claims I've had over the years were so very well handled - I feel I am in great hands with these folks.....

Very helpful we had tiny issue but as soon as Tim and his staff heard of my issue they fixed it immediately they have been very helpful and I am very happy
