Kevin and Michael are absolutely terrible at what they do. They don’t actually care about their customers. Always have an excuse about how busy they are and seem to just push you off like because your claim is small you don’t matter. Can’t ever get them on the phone and they won’t ever call you to update you. I was understanding and even helped them do their jobs to make it go easier for them and still nothing gets done. What a joke group of adjusters.

Mary B. was extremely professional and helpful. She quickly ascertained my needs and completely took care of everything. Thanks for making changes in my policy an enjoyable experience.

Do not use this company. They will over charge you, cancel your policy and apply the payment to the wrong account, and then increase your billing and request 2-3 months advanced for their own errors. Worse insurance experience I have ever had. Buyer Beware.

Mixed emotions. Dealing with insurance company and Agent this year was not great. Very little, if any, communication. Billing information incorrect, wrong department. However, once I got to the right department, Celeste stayed on the phone with me to resolve the online billing issue and I was able to get my bill paid and get my policy information.

The problem is not Andrew the customer service agent problem is your marketing department in your sorely customer service policies. You send me a message that my scheduled payment has been canceled. By trade great pains to pay the bill on advance. I'm out of town in a remote northern location with extremely limited access to cellular networks in the arctic. I expect to call in a contact via my email from A higher level corporate officers to explai'm by a decade plus client with 3 insurance policies with your firm it's blindsided buy some marketing amateurs at your company this is not the first time.
