Ukrainian Insurance

One of the worst experiences. Extremely unprofessional. Woman that’s doing accounting/front desk hung up on me twice when I called regarding an issue. I had to come down to them and even then, the woman who is responsible for solving my issue, wasn’t there. We were told that “she’s a boss” and she has her own schedule so we had to wait for over an hour to her to show up. While waiting the front desk woman told us we came to ruin her day. Extremely unprofessional and disgusted by their attitude.

Horrible service my cousin try to call they don’t want to listen to her plus ow her money plus take every month inshurance which she drive for one week she didn’t use inshurance anymore they keep taking money even if I call today I said you ow money they said I don’t want to listen you I don’t have permission to call you they don’t want to return money send check to my cousin all the time promise I report this business to BBB

They lie to people. How could you sleep at night knowing people drive with basically no coverage! Yes, they have the lowest price, but you know why? because they give you the lowest coverage! And when you get into an accident and have to pay out of pocket, rather pay more with a different company but know that I am covered! STAY AWAY!

Cheep policy... If you got in to the accident they do not cover anything((( they screwing people over.... I have SR22 , and I pay my payments in full..... But 3 month later my license was cancelled by state because it show in system that I miss my payment!!!!! They took the money and forgot to pay real insurance company, because they not even insurance company -they like a middle man !!!!! Will never go to this place again!!!!

Great place, great people running it. And they even have a great sense of humor😄.
