On Sunday Nov 2 I spoke to agent Emily Colier. We were almost up to the point of enrolling when the phone disconnected. Over been leaving voicemails as well as staff sending her messages to call me back with nothing. It would have been professional to call back when the call dropped. But definitely unprofessional to answer your colleagues while I'm still on the phone and still don't follow up. Open enrollment ends soon and my mom needs this coverage. Every time I get a new rep they say I have to start from the beginning with all the questions & legal readings. If all the hours of info i already provided is there any waste my time. I'm trying to help a senior that doesn't have the wherewithall to do this alone. But have respect for my time too. I work 3 jobs and have my own family and mom

I see their commercials all the time and it repeats "check you zipcode" a million times. It definitely gives me a scam vibe... *BEWARE*

Had a medicare supplement insurance and was told the premium would go from $650 per month to $750 for hubby and I so we will decided to get an advantage plan. Somehow we were connected to Crystal Massey at TZ solutions. I told her I wanted to get signed up for an advantage plan for January 1. She convinced me to go ahead and let me allow her to me sign up for December 1 to save on the high premium. It sounded like a great idea so I told her OK. I was quickly signed up and received my cards and was happy. Fast forward one month to January 2, 2025. I received a letter in the mail from Humana saying that. Horrible company they will harass you nonstop all day everyday! Even if I tell them to stop. Completely gives off scammer vibes, and from the reviews I’m sure of it. Never had a company harass me this much ever. The only positive thing would be to give out an ex or enemies number out to them to get guaranteed dedicated harassment. Getting customers shouldn’t be done by harassing the living heck out of them.

Incessant and repetitive ads from October to December. I’m glad I don’t need insurance from them.
