Tyson Smith American Family Insurance

I just changed to this insurance company last month and so far all have been great. I ended up with more coverage for less $ than my previous company. The staff is very helpful and took lots of time to write a policy that best suits our needs. The only complaint I have is not with the agent, it's that this company requires you to download an app that uses your mobile data to track your driving habits to get maximum discounts. I find this requirement very invasive.

Wanted to switch insurance carriers, so we called for a quote. After several days of waiting a receptionist called us back to let us know they had our quote ready but we couldn't actually get the quote until we come in and meet with them in 2.5 weeks. After explaining that we were wanting to get a quote sooner so we could compare rates, the receptionist got very short with me and aggravated. She ended the call with sorry we couldn't help you out and abruptly hung up. Not good service at all.

Tyson Smith and his receptionist do a Fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and helpful. American Family Insurance as a whole is a great company to work with!

They are the best!!! ALWAYS fresh, hot food served quickly. And give you enough to even fill a Man's stomach. SOUPS are always served HOT and delicious! EVERYONE is VERY friendly AND ALWAYS have a smile on their faces---even when there is standing room only!!!! And Owners even stop by on their way by to acknowledge you! Canton is VERY lucky to have them!!!!!! GREAT job to you ALL!!!!!!!
