I have been with Tyler Parmer for over a year now and it has been a wonderful experience. He has gone above and beyond personally and Statefarm has also really had my back. I had to make a claim for hail damage that happened out of state and it was super simple, they didn't give me a hard time at all. On top of the great service from state farm, Tyler has always put the extra effort in to make sure he was getting me the best policy and price for my needs. He has had my back in a tough situation recently when I was stuck if I didn't get insurance squared away quickly. He went above and beyond to quickly get me a difficult policy together that evening. I will never forget that hard work he put in that evening. If you are looking for insurance, you are in good hands with Tyler Parmer.

I had the best experience today working with Tyler Parmer State Farm Agency. I placed a call into the office hoping to get some information on obtaining a vehicle policy and by the end of the conversation it was completely handled. In fact, the call was picked up directly by the Agent himself who walked me through the entire process start to finish. Tyler was very kind and accommodating and made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. I wish I could give him more than five stars.

Don was pleasant, put me at ease, outrageously patient and just down to earth by sharing information in easy speak which made for a much less stressful exchange. The NICEST people work at this office! My personal favorite is Don Kline. He's SO funny, easygoing, and fun to talk to. How many people can make you laugh while talking about INSURANCE?? Don can. :-)
