I am not sure how they have 4.7 Stars - when you answer the phone you should be kind, your attitude over the phone shows. Why must you talk and say every word long,( looonngg) and like you have a clothes pin on your nose and sound snobby and winey? You sounded like you didn't like your job, I was bothering you for calling- you cut me off and spoke to me like I was stupid. I'm not stupid and have dealt with insurance and insurance companies probably longer than you've been alive. I felt bullied on the call and unheard. Do you speak to your parents that way, Cory?? I certainly hope not, and I'm sure you'd not appreciate someone being hateful to your mom either. So the next time you answer the phone and you're trying to do your job maybe do it , a little kinder because you never know whose

Years ago, I used this agency for my home owner's policy. I was in contact with Jaclyn the whole time, she was great. I purchased a new home last year and spoke with Jaclyn, she helped set up the policy, everything was great til now, a year later for renewal. First of all, I found that $238 was added as "policy change" to my account. Also, my policy had gone up by $1000! I called to ask why it had gone up. I spoke with Angela and she was SO unhelpful to help me see where I can make changes so my policy can go down. I finally went line by line, asking what is this? Can i change this, till finally a line item she mentions "oh you can increase this deductible and your policy will go down by $1,000. Great. Sign me up. Now, what is this $238 "policy change"? They tell me, there was a mistake

So thankful for Cassie Galvan helping me get my auto and home insurance at an affordable price. She is definitely the definition of great customer service. I have had renters insurance with Tyler McGlasson for 7-8 years and have had great customer service. It has always been easy to contact the agency if I had any questions or needed help with something. Each year I’m offered an insurance quote for auto and I always say no cause it’s just easier leaving things the way they are. This year I got an insurance quote for auto. Jaclyn took time to educate me about auto insurance and I feel good about the policy she helped me with. Jaclyn loves what she does and it shows and flows over into the way she takes care of her customers. Thank you Jaclyn.
