Chad and Rick are the most professional insurance brokers my wife and I have ever worked with! Chad went out of his way to get us the best insurance on our boat and our home. Unfortunately, we had to make a water claim on our house this year. Chad and Rick were with us on the phone every day for weeks making sure the home insurance company got us the proper funds to make the repairs. THE WORST AGENCY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. For almost a year I have been dealing with ineffective representation from their office as it relates to my policy with Gulf States. The issues are: Never returning my calls. Inability to provide accurate information regarding my policy or reasons why I was put into a certain policy type (putting me in an extremely risky financial situation). Talking in circles in order to avoid accountability. I have tried and tried and tried to get information, but it's been impossible because every time I talk to someone and I'm promised that someone will return my calls, they don't. This has GONE ON FOR MONTHS. I have dealt with Shannon, Rachael, Crystal...and someone else that I can't remember their name. In the last year, I have called
