⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Knight Insurance / TWFG Insurance is fantastic! I have been with Lisa for 10 years and she makes everything easy to understand and she is quick to respond. Her staff is always helpful, professional, and truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend!

They found me the most affordable Insurance I could get.. Lisa went to bat for me with the underwriters to get my policy. Amanda and Dawn provide great customer service. Highly recommended.

Seem like nice folks who want to help, however, when I reached out to change my policy, I have yet to receive details on new coverage or a quote ( & never will) & I've spoken with Dawn, Amanda, & Lisa Knight herself - who as of today 10.28.21 told me "it's not their fault". I have personally called and left over 6 voicemails. Lisa Knight told me in July that my agent was out on maternity leave and then that Knight herself had Covid, and now it's well we got behind because of the hurricane. I understand because we are all incredibly busy, which is why I was using their insurance broker service until today when Lisa Knight, owner of the company, told me it wasn't her fault and she "didn't like the sound of my attitude" (after four months of waiting to change my policy through them). Lisa Knight is the least professional insurance agent I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. She is extremely rude and both lied to and threatened me. I feel terrible for Dawn, who was friendly and tried to be helpful. If you are considering this agent, run. You will save yourself a lot of time and likely a lot of money as well.

If I could select no stars, I would. I see that I’m not the ONLY one that received HORRIBLE customers service from this business. Lisa Knight doesn’t have any problems throwing her title around as an “owner”. She feels that because she is a “owner “ she can say and treat CUSTOMERS how she sees fit. She had the audacity to tell that, “ Just like a customer can fire me as their agent, I can do the same as an agent.” She continued her threats by verbalizing she will cancel my policies, so I better start shopping elsewhere. I told her she couldn’t do that without my consent and then she disconnected the call. I called back asking Amanda for corporate/BBB and she told me to hold on she was getting the number.
