If you're considered a difficult client, you don't want this insurance agency on your side. This is especially true if you question their actions or request assistance from them. Amber, while pleasant, seemed bothered by me, and Ed and Ulrich just didn't want to deal with me. So, needless to say, I was dropped by them, not vice versa, and I can respect that, but it goes to show that they won't go above and beyond; instead, they are looking for the easy clientele. It's all good, and no hard feelings. Just be aware that if you are difficult like I am, they may prefer to send you an email with the comment below instead of calling you.
