Turning 65 - Medicare Insurance

Jane was a Godsend when I was trying to navigate through the world of Medicare trying to help an aging parent. I attempted to educate myself regarding a Medicare Supplement plan vs. a Medicare Advantage plan and was very concerned about getting the most benefit for the cost. Jane is very knowledgeable and walked me through multiple options using my Dad’s medical and drug costs in order to determine the best plan. She was very patient , answered my questions and didn’t mind explaining or re-explaining as was the case a few times. I would recommend Jane’s services at Turning 65. I felt like a great burden had been lifted upon leaving her office! Thank you Jane!

Jane advertises herself as one who gives personal service . Nothing could be further from the truth . Her service was good when she first enrolled me in Oct 2020 The questions I asked her were all answered to my satisfaction . However this year when I asked her the SAME questions for the 2022 enrollment , she became unresponsive . I understand this is a busy time for her , but it does not excuse her her attitude.

My aunt came here and worked with Jane. Jane was very helpful, explained how Medicare worked, helped picked out a plan, and got her all fixed up with a plan that covers her doc and medicine.

Jane Muldrow really knows Medicare Insurance. She has given me and my friends advice that has been literally changed the quality of our lives. I'm not going into a medical tell-all right here on the internet, just letting the world know I'm grateful.
