Our experience with Tucker Mills Insurance Agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. Chris Tucker has been completely unresponsive throughout our entire process. We are in the middle of a home refinance and only needed one document from her. Something she was fully aware of well before our closing date and time. Despite this, we never received it. I called her office multiple times with no answer. Out of desperation, we even drove to her office at 10:30 AM on a Tuesday, only to find the door locked, lights off, and no one there. At this point, I honestly feel like her business may be a scam. The lack of communication and accountability is beyond unprofessional, and now we’re left questioning whether our home is even properly insured. I would strongly caution anyone from doing busines

Have my insurance policy with them It was very easy, very quick and Mrs.Tucker is very nice and helpful.. love it
