Thanks to the State Farm office at 2315 S. Gessner—especially Corwin. After shopping around for weeks and speaking with several agents, I struggled to find both business and personal insurance policies that met my needs and fit within my budget. That all changed when I connected with Corwin. Within an hour, everything was handled seamlessly. The rate he offered was extremely competitive and honestly too good to pass up. What truly stood out, however, was his professionalism, in-depth knowledge, and responsiveness. He followed up promptly on every request and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this State Farm location for anyone looking for excellent service and real results.

Truman himself has been polite to me during our few interactions, but unforgettably the "customer service" from his office staff is atrocious. They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, didnt perform job duties when I called to address them which then caused issues with my account and over charged me due to their lack of performance and proceeded to claim they'd give me a credit to reconcile due to their error , but then when I call back for an update they dont have any information to assist me. Never heard anything about it, unsurprisingly, and I didn't get my credit back. I'd like to add that Star was very professional and polite when we spoke, the only other aside from Truman. I like State Farm as a provider, so I switched agents recently (away from Truman Trail) as I will not spend my mo

Celeste was great, I was looking for a new policy as my previous one sky rocketed for no reason and she took the time to go over everything in detail. Thanks to her I will be paying less and getting way more. It was also great to chat with her while things were processing.
