Trip Tribble: Allstate Insurance

Joe Catalani was the AllState agent I spoke with, and he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, listened to me. I’d been dealing with corporate voices on the phone, at my previous company, and was frustrated and angry at their lack of “humanness”. Just by taking time to talk to me, Mr. Catalani made me an instant fan.I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Policies steadily increase at an alarming rate without even without claims. Homeowners Insurance premium seems to increase each renewal without a reasonable justification. Auto insurance rates and premium keeps going up at almost every 6 month renewal. The staff are good. Coverage is good. Financially though they are increasing their rates too frequently and without a reasonable justification at all making it almost unaffordable.

My whole family has been with Allstate before Trip opened his location years ago. My Dad who was very good with business insisted on Allstate and liked Tripp and his associates so I've been with them since I was a teen in the 80's. Best customer service ever! BEST!!!! Very caring help and very personable. They look out for you...it's incredible. The site wouldnt let me give more than 5 stars so 5 it is but it should be 5+. I usually work with Kim Morris or Debbie just by chance but they are all great. Thanks!!!! Mrs McCray

Allstate has been our insurance company for many years now, and we have been so happy with their personalized service that I have brought two other family members to get policies. They also are very pleased with Trip Tribble and his team.
