Horrible company. Never hear back from them. They just don't seem to care. Moved my policies to another agent.

After using Tri County insurance since 2018, our insurance tripled in price. We tried to take some of the coverage off our property, but Tri County would not let us. They said Irvin Green who holds the policy wouldn’t let us. Tri County also took over 300.00 of our money and would not give us a refund. We started talking with them on March 25 and a woman named Ana said she was calling Irvin Green for the entire month of April, but said she couldn’t get ahold of them half the time and never called us back..ever!!! Lots of excuses, “no power” “swamped and no one answering the phone” etc after a month of this, we ourselves called Irvin Green and found out she was not telling the truth. I've had my Commercial insurance there for years the lady I dealt with was very nice and helpful. The company non-renewed me so I called and was told my agent is gone but they will requote me, never called me back so I called again and was told again they will call me back. I called again and was told it would be $12,000 more a year. I'm not even joking $12,000 more!!!! No explanation no other options available...I felt like I was a bother, so I called another agency and I'm fully covered with only $200 more than last year and more coverage.

My go to girl is Melanie! She has helped me find great homeowners and rental insurance for my dads houses and mine. So far, 5 houses altogether. Great prices, great customer service, what more could you ask for?

Canceled our insurance in the middle of Hurricane season, ok. That came from the insurer. Then the owner of the agency STEVEN QUINCEY got on the phone with my wife yelling at her and told her to get on down the road to find insurance. No apology, no offer to help find coverage, NO PROFESSIONALISM! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO CLASS!
