I had a very frustrating experience with Trejo Insurance Agency while trying to secure auto insurance for a vehicle in Mexico. After my initial call, I was immediately redirected to communicate via WhatsApp with an agent named Yash Castro. Over the course of a week, we went back and forth on the app with zero actual progress or assistance. When I called the office again to try and move things along, I was simply pushed back to WhatsApp. It felt like a total waste of time. I ended up waiting over two weeks for a definitive response that never came. I could have spent that time with another agency and actually obtained the coverage I needed.
