Travelers Insurance

Why do I pay insurance if u cover NOTHING!? I'll never use you again. I do not recommend anyone use Travelers Insurance.

This place is unbelievable. The people that work here can probably not chew gum and walk at the same time. After 2 years they want me to pay thousands of dollars for an accident that a "sleeping nurse assistant" caused. Killing my family member. And they have the odasity to send me such bs. These agents are not trained for these jobs, this insurance company is underhanded and disgusting. I'd be scared to work there after all the wrong things they have done to so many people.

I give this insurance company a one because one of there insurers hit my car on Nov 30 2021 and nothing has been done about my car being fixed. Let alone they don't return phone calls. I do not recommend these evil people. If i could give a lesser rating i would have. This is not a professional company do not deal with them unless you want to wait forever for something to be done. I will be calling the BBB and letting them no how this company is in handling claims
