Travelers Insurance Agent

I would rate travelers insurance company with zero if it were an option. If you are shopping for a car insurance or homeowners, please stay away from this company. They will teach you just like they did me. My beautiful pristine car was hit by a 24 year-old woman from Columbia who was driving someone else’s car but more importantly was driving with no registered car insurance. She smashed in the whole quarter panel of my car and it cost me $2600 to get it fixed. Although travelers paid the claim to fix my car, I also had to pay my own thousand dollar deductible because they couldn’t collect it from the girl who was at fault. To top it off I found out afterwards that travelers insurance paid the actual owner of the other vehicle $5000 because they totaled it. The reason they told her it is

My car was hit in the back by one of Travelers drivers. It took a week for me to get a rental car. Brittany B the agent has not called me about my car . I was told from the rental company I needed to return the car by Friday. I called and spoke to 2 gentleman one name Patrick and was hung up on twice. I tried calling Brittany Supervisor no answers . I tried to explain to them I work 2 jobs and will have no transportation, not to mention the rental company drafted $200 out of my account and it took a week to refund. 9-30-21 I filled out an online claim form w/ a very short, 1 sentence explanation of about 10 words re: poss. hail/weather roof damage claim expecting someone would call me asap to figure out what I was trying to say. On 10-1-21, Karla C Torres left a vm for me and I called her back. During our 4 minute call, she managed to make me feel like I was trying to personally swindle her and would not listen to what I, the client, was trying to explain. STAT I was on the defensive, trying to explain my reason for even daring to contact her and Travelers Insurance. I told her I was not a professional and I had 2 professional roofing companies physically walk my 2-3 story home. Called on 3 different occasions looking for an auto quote and all 3 times was treated rudely by the phone operator. They keep asking you a lot of personal questions unlike other insecure companies. Such horrible service deserves a 0 star rating.

Best Agent in town. Saved me $588 a year on Auto and Home Insurance.
