Today is March 3rd 2026.. my claim started January of 2025. Ghosted and no responses from Scott and Manager at the time Aaron, we made many calls to their corporate office and got redirected to now manager Josh and finally after multiple attempts to another adjuster Ken. We had to threaten with legal action for them to contact us back. I will post the Colorado Statute below in photos. Now they’re stating that they will not pay for our blinds (last thing on the list) to get this claim closed. Josh stated to us that he will get Ken to finish our claim, Ken states that Josh told him not to pay for our blinds. Absolutely insane, I paid out of pocket over $15,000 for cover for replacements and it took them 6 months before I received any kind of compensation, and they still owe me over $5000. W

The adjusters apparently give money based on what they "feel" is appropriate (ex. Won't cover hepa filters when our kitchen flooded). To ensure that is being left with the bill wouldn't happen again, we tried to get the rebuild quote to them for review and were told it adjuster is going on a 2-week vacation and nobody else can help us, so we're left hanging. They've made a bad situation so much worse. I won't even consider them in future purchases.

Had homeowners was the worst company, couldn’t get a hold of them to cancel my policy. The when I canceled the policy it took forever to get my money back and once I got the money back it was 19.80 out of 287.80 dollars that I had put into the down payment and my policy wasn’t start to set till February 1 2026 so I cancelled before my policy even started and only got 19.80 dollars back what a joke and what a horrible company.

Travelers is the worst company Ive ever encountered. Predatory practices, hidden fees, no contact points. I would make every effort possible to avoid using them in the future.

Worst insurance I’ve dealt with. Payment and approving work has been the hardest thing to do with this insurance. Good luck if the person that hits you is insured through travelers
