I have had been with Traughber and Erie ins for almost 20 years. Best coverage best price and no hassle if you have a claim. It’s not all about the cheapest it’s great service and coverage.

I've had their Erie auto/homeowners insurance for years. Nobody beats Erie's rates. Their claims department is very helpful and has always taken good care of me. State Farm and Farm Bureau don't even come close in pricing, coverage, and customer service. Paul has always treated me well.

I called this insurance company after googling the cheapest HI. Well let’s just say you get what you pay for. The lady took all my information and said someone would call me back by the end of the day. No one called. The next day went by no one called by around 3-4pm, so I called back. She took more information and asked about the age of the roof stating they needed that to give me a quote. I expressed I did not know and she insisted they needed that. She told me she would give my information to the gentleman that works there but that he had left to go to a Dr.’s appointment. She stated he would be back in 20 min and would call me back.
