Calling for my 95 year old Healthcare client about her policy. Have made 3 calls, no answer, left detailed messages as requested, have yet to hear back from them. Not sure how they are still in business! I had to hit one star for this to post, and they don't even deserve that🤬

Too many calls very overbearing I can't stand it when people do me like that especially when I give you a set time that I will speak to you or with you

Service was not up to par. Did not like their pumpkin pancakes at all.
