The representatives are very friendly and helpful, however, the insurance plays with people in order to sell the insurance; they told me they will pay for my maternity leave, but they said I have 2 weeks of grace period. My doctor put me in disability 10 days prior to my delivery date but they only wanted to pay for 4 weeks after delivery because they consider the first 2 weeks after delivery as my grace period. I am very disappointed with this company.

The worse insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with. Very rude, lack of communication, and definitely unstable. Representatives will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Literally called everyday for a month straight told be told things were handled then to turn around to receive a letter via mail two weeks later that they didn’t handle anything. What’s the point of calling everyday if your going to be constantly lied to instead of told how to help the process. Let’s just say i will never fund this company another dime. EVER!!
