1st time dealing with this company and Mr. Daniel Nguyen was great! He got us a good price and even stayed on the phone with me while I set up the online account. Mr. Daniel walked us thru the entire process. As 1st timers we are thankful and grateful.

I had the WORST experience dealing with Tran Nguyen. Her unprofessionalism is the worst I’ve seen with any insurance agent. Throughout my whole 3 weeks of dealing with her and ME CONSTANTLY REACHING OUT TO HER, it feels like I am playing a chasing game to have her take a look at my files. In the end, I am FED UP with with the “can I call you back” but NEVER CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK. Please STAY AWAY from this insurance agent. I’ve wasted 3 weeks of my time trying to play chasing game with her.
